You must send this return form fully completed in the box with the item that you give to the carrier. Also include a copy of the proof of purchase with this return form. Without a fully completed return form and a copy of the proof of purchase, we unfortunately cannot process your request.

Returns
If the reason for your return is a supplier error, we will gladly collect the goods from you. Please report the return by email: support@eliteswear.com.
If you want to return the goods, please do not send them without postage, because unfranked shipments will be returned by our goods receipt. We will refund postage costs (normal shipping by post or parcel service). After processing your return, you will receive a credit note with the calculated value of the goods enclosed with any calculated postage costs.
If there are no supplier errors and within the period of 5 working days, please send us the goods with the return form(s). In this case, after processing the return, you will receive a credit note for the value of the goods minus 25% handling fee, from a delivery of at least €5.00 per original delivery. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed in this case. If we deviate from the arrangement to also take back unpacked shirts and blouses in agreed exceptional cases, the handling fee per item is 50%.
Conditions
Opened items that do not comply with the above rules remain your property. These items will be returned to you and the costs incurred will be charged to you.

Always include the B.I.A Business International Return Form with your return shipment, including the reason for return.
If you are returning more than one package and only have one return slip, please include a note with your name, address and order number with each package. Upon receipt of your order, the goods become your property. Therefore, always ensure that you have the shipping receipt from the carrier when you return items. This way, you can claim any loss or damage from your carrier.
Exchanging size or colour
Do you want to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour? You can return the item within the cooling-off period. You simply order the new item as a new order. An order for the same item in a different size or colour is considered a new order. B.I.A Business International will therefore charge any shipping costs again for preparing the order for shipping, transporting and delivering it. You can see the shipping costs that apply to your order in the
shopping cart.
Return / refund costs
The costs for returning to B.I.A Business International are always at your own expense. In the event of an incorrect delivery or a defective/damaged item, we will refund the shipping costs incurred for that return shipment to your account after receipt of the product and the return form and after subsequent assessment. You may also indicate by e-mail or letter that you have returned the product.
A refund period of 14 days applies after receipt of the return form, regardless of the payment method.
We process returns daily. As soon as we have received your return shipment in undamaged condition, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account with which the order was paid within a maximum of 14 days.
Return from abroad
It is also possible to return items from abroad. The costs for this are for your own account.
