All credit card information (card number, expiration date, etc.) is securely transmitted via an encrypted system directly to our authorized payment provider. Neither ELITES Wear nor any third party ever sees or stores your credit card details.

Even during refunds, your full card data remains inaccessible. That’s why refunds can only be issued to the original payment card used during checkout.

• Orders will only ship after our payment partner completes verification.

• For security reasons, your billing and shipping address must both be either within the EU or both outside the EU.

Important:
Due to PayPal’s policies, we only ship to the PayPal-verified address. Make sure your shipping and PayPal addresses match to avoid automatic cancellation of your order.

₿ Pay with Cryptocurrency

We accept cryptocurrency payments in select countries, both in boutiques and on eliteswear.com.

How to Pay with Crypto:

1. Add your ELITES items to the shopping bag.

2. Checkout and choose “Cryptocurrency” as your payment method.

3. You’ll be redirected to a crypto payment gateway.

4. Select your preferred cryptocurrency.

5. Complete the payment within 15 minutes.

6. You’ll be redirected to a confirmation or failure page.

Exchange rates update every 20 minutes.

Transactions Over €10,000

As required by international law, transactions over €10,000 in crypto will require:

• A description of the payment’s purpose

• Valid government-issued ID (KYC verification)

• Documentation on the crypto’s source (e.g., screenshots or receipts showing who bought the crypto, where, when, and how)

You’ll receive a secure upload link for these documents.

Refunds for crypto purchases will be issued in Bitcoin (BTC) only, based on the exact BTC amount received during the original transaction—regardless of current exchange rates.

ELITES gift vouchers can be used in your local currency, depending on the country selected via the flag icon on our site.
